Water Treatment System
It can effectively get rid of muddy organic, iron, manganese and oxide, filter suspended substance, colloid, remained oxygen of micro-organism and some of height-metal ion in the water. This water treatment equipment can also reduce hardness of water to make it all specifications of the water quality fully meet the state fresh water standards, even that of standard of mineral water.
Purify Process:
Raw water>Water pump>Silica sand filter>Active carbon filter>Sodium ion exchanger>High pressure pump>Reverse osmosis>Ozone generator>Water tank>Pure water.
Bottle Blowing Machine
This stretch blow molding machine is specially designed to produce 3 to 10 liter PET bottles. Consists of main unit and rotary infrared heater. The infrared heater with high penetrative force can heat the inside and outside of preform simultaneously and keep preform in even heating, therefore high shaping quality. During production, operator just need to put heated preform into the blow mold and press the switch, then computer will take care of the whole procedure.
Blowing process:
Preform inlet controlling > Bottle preform heating controlling > Blowing technology controlling > Bottle check and outlet

Bottle Washing, Filling, Capping Machine
This machine works harmoniously with air-conveyor belt, It holds the bottles by the neck, thus, reducing the possibility of bottles falling over during conveying process.
This machine is used to fill carbonated drink into pet bottle and with screw caps capping function.
This machine integrated three function: 1. Rinse the empty pet bottle, 2. filling the rinsed bottles, 3. capping the filled bottles.
